By being an affiliate, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Promotion
You agree to use your affiliate link to promote My Podcast Reviews within ethical contexts. You're welcome to share it on social networks, in emails, in your podcast, on your website, in direct communications, and through any other present and future forms of communication. You may promote your affiliate link as a member and are not permitted to act as a representative of My Podcast Reviews or its leadership or to violate the privacy of any other members. But you are welcome to share your own experience.
We provide select visual resources to help your promotion. You agree to not use any other visual representation without prior permission from My Podcast Reviews.
You are not permitted to promote your affiliate link through any paid advertising without prior permission from My Podcast Reviews.
Payment
Payment will be issued via PayPal at the beginning of each month when your unpaid earnings have reached or surpassed $25. You are responsible for any currency conversion or payment processing fees.
Laws and disclosure
You agree to comply with local laws and regulations about disclosing your affiliate relationship. You also agree to provide, if necessary, tax identification information and to report your income as appropriate for your location. You are responsible for any applicable taxes according to your local laws.
Termination
You may continue to earn commissions from new referrals for as long as your account on My Podcast Reviews is in good standing or as allowed by My Podcast Reviews. If your membership is canceled, either by intent or payment failure, any unpaid earnings will be sent via PayPal at the beginning of the next month and your affiliate account will be closed.
My Podcast Reviews reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that is being used in a way deemed inappropriate by My Podcast Reviews and its leadership at their own discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to hold faultless My Podcast Reviews, its leadership, its members, and its affiliates for any loss or damages that may occur from your affiliate relationship. (But this probably wouldn't happen anyway.)
